Inlet filters for silencers, blowers and vacuums
Applied Filters make a wide range of sizes and types of blower filters and air intake filters, including filters for silencers. These are used in a wide range of industrial settings including flour mills, plastics manufacturers & compounders, furnaces, pneumatic conveying, food manufacturing and timber mills.
We use the highest quality materials to ensure best performance.
All our air filter elements are:
- Locally made
- Made with high quality components including high grade, long wearing polyurethane moulded ends
- Available at short notice with a large range held in stock and others available on short lead times
- Made with metal inner guards; outer guards are available if required

OIL/AIR SEPARATORS (Coalescers)
Removal of entrapped oil mist from compressed air prior to being released into the work environment . Oil particles separated from the oil mist are recycled back into the system.
Applications in the industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning industries.
- Suitable for rotary screw compressors
- 2 - 5 ppm of oil in downstream gas.
- 0.07 - 0.21 bar pressure differentials for clean separators sized for normal gas flow rates
- Materials of construction compatible with all types of coolant & lubricant commonly used in air/gas and refrigerant compressors.
- Temperatures range up to 110 degrees C.
- Media can be wrapped or pleated
- Mild steel endcaps and outerguards
- Filters are 7” or 9” in outside diameter
- Filters are 12” – 42” in length
